The only magazine that I bought twice and I still do not have access, despite restoring purchases, reinstalling and praying to the gods of iTunes subscriptions and IP protection. Well, I suppose I have to give up trying.

I paid for an issue although the app promised Id get a free one; neither one has ever loaded. A great let-down from an otherwise good publication.
I enjoy the magazine AFAR, so I was interested in this app. The note with the app mentioned "in-app purchases" but the app was free. Turns out, the app is just a way to seek you a subscription - THAT is the "in-app purchase." Nothing else is available in the app as far as I could see, just the opportunity to purchase a subscription. Grr. I deleted it.
I recently purchased a two-year print subscription to AFAR magazine. But, apparently you do not get a digital subscription with the print subscription. I downloaded the app and it will not allow me to create an account or login using my current subscription information. I am only allowed to subscribe again or pay for individual issues. Why should I pay twice?
App is great; the magazines are beautiful and informative.
When I downloaded the app I was looking forward to having the option of reading AFAR on my iPad, as I can do with every other magazine I subscribe to. However, customer service informed me that AFAR had so plans to include digital access with a print subscription. So I immediately deleted this app. DISAPPOINTING!
Every magazine I subscribe to I can read on line for no additional cost. Why would AFAR think anyone would pay twice?
Very disappointed in AFAR! I have been a print subscriber for years, and yet you want me to pay again for digital. Foolish. And irritating. You have a frustrated customer now.
I will echo what so many others have stated. I love Afar and pay for a print subscription, so its outrageous that theyd expect me to pay twice for digital access. Ive lost some respect for the publication because of this.
Previous issues operated like a pdf - not ideal, but I at least get to read the magazine. Last issue did not allow zooming and was missing several pages - the most egregious example: page 115 to 119 to 127. I have deleted the app and re-downloaded it to no effect. Not pleased.
Love the content of this magazine, but in the latest issue I am no longer able to zoom in on the pages, which for practical purposes makes it impossible for me to read the content on my iPhone.
I already have a print subscription to AFAR but I cannot get to the digital versions. Really? In this day and age? Fix this!
No way to log in if you have a print subscription and last app update was over a year ago. This should be removed from the App Store honestly.
App update deletes all downloaded issues and then doesn’t allow you to access those issues (even though you’ve already paid for them). It’s so bad that even with a current subscription you can’t access the current issue. Totally insane situation. Unfortunately AFAR customer service is clueless about their own app :-(
In 2017, it's not acceptable to fail to provide access to a digital version to your print subscribers.
Love this magazine but it is a waste to buy it for an iPhone. The ZOOM option doesn't exist so unless you want to read the articles with a microscope... it is a complete waste of your 20 bucks.
I really hate this. I do not know, this is my iPad's (version 4) problem or this application.
